Ce Saint-Véran issu de vignes exposées Sud/Sud-Est donne un vin à la fois frais et complexe. Son sol argilo-calcaire avec très peu de fond apporte une minéralité propre à ce cru. L'élevage de 10 mois en demi-muids, sur lies fines, lui apporte de la gourmandise avec des notes d'agrumes confits et de poires. Cette cuvée qui a besoin de temps pour exprimer son potentiel vous séduira par sa discrétion : il accompagne à la perfection un saumon, une queue de lotte sans oublier les fromages.
